John White is a bus driver. He likes his job, but he loves his boat. Once a year, John goes on a short journey in the boat. His wife Pauline and son Andy often go with him. This year is different. John is taking a year off from his job and is sailing around the world. And he’s doing it alone. An exciting journey? Yes and no. Sometimes, dolphins and whales swim along with the boat, and sometimes I sail past beautiful tropical islands, says John. But sometimes the weather gets bad and then I have problems. John wants to take his family with him in the weather is nice.

My favorite sport is football. Football is a team game. It’s always nice to win, but even when you lose you should enjoy the game. I go to Urartu Football Club. I have football classes on Tuesdays and Saturdays. My favorite player is Cristiano Ronaldo and my favorite team is Real Madrid. When I grow up I want to play football like Ronaldo, Pele, Neymar and other best players.

Easter is the most important Christian holiday when we celebreate the resurrection of Jesus Christ. In my family Easter is celebrated with traditional Armenian dishes: we dye hard boiled eggs with different colors , my mother cooks rice with raisin and makes some cakes. She also cooks fish which I don’t like. My favourite part of the Easter holiday is fighting with eggs.

Meeting other students

I watch TV every day after school. I usually watch funny shows like “Blbulyanner” and ”Surprise”. I also watch football matches as I love football and I play it myself. I don’t watch cartoons but I used to watch them when I was younger.
